The finalists for the 2023 Next CIO Award in this year’s New Zealand CIO50 have been announced.

This award recognises rising stars in ICT roles who are on the pathway to senior leadership. The Next CIO winner will be an individual who is exceeding expectations and helping drive innovation through their organisation.

The finalists for the 2023 Next CIO New Zealand Award are:

Anil Anna, Head of IT, Barfoot & Thompson

Rudo Tagwireyi, Director of Connectivity, Digital Security and Risk, University of Canterbury

Sandra Whitehead, Senior Manager – IT Governance, Partners Life

The New Zealand CIO50 List and the winner of the Next CIO Award will be unveiled at the CIO50 Awards evening in Auckland on November 15
